The SGZ three legged fully automatic scraper centrifuge is a vertical scraper bottom discharge, continuous operation, intermittent discharge, program controlled fully automatic filtration centrifuge. The SG is a semi-automatic centrifuge. When the electric motor drives the drum to rotate and reaches the feeding speed state, the material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating drum through the feeding pipe. After the feeding reaches the predetermined volume, the feeding stops and rises to high-speed separation. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is filtered through the filter cloth (filter screen), and the liquid phase passes through the filter layer drum hole and is thrown into the cavity and discharged through the outlet pipe. The solid phase is trapped in the drum to form a cylindrical filter cake, which can then be washed. After reaching the separation requirements, the speed drops to the discharge speed state, and the scraper device acts to scrape the filter cake off the inner wall of the drum and discharged through the lower outlet of the centrifuge. |
The SGZ type three legged fully automatic scraper centrifuge can be programmed according to usage requirements to automatically complete processes such as feeding, separation, washing, dehydration, and unloading (SG is manual unloading). It can achieve remote control, high automation, and large processing capacity. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing fine and medium solid particles, as well as for solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials, such as gypsum, ammonium sulfate, copper sulfate and other chemical industries, salt, food additives, starch, sugar, seasoning and food industries, antibiotics, vitamins and other pharmaceutical industries, as well as minerals, environmental protection and other industries.

Quick opening large flip structure, optional inclined bucket type fabric device, more uniform fabric, can effectively reduce the vibration caused by uneven fabric, additional washing function, better washing effect.
Choosing a direct connection structure on the motor improves transmission efficiency and avoids frictional dust generated by belt transmission.
Optional gas assisted scraper to remove residual filter cake, optional online cleaning system to ensure cleanliness and better meet GMP requirements.
Adopting a frequency conversion program control system, the startup is smooth, the program setting, feeding, filtering, washing, unloading and other processes are fully automated, with energy consumption (feedback) braking, no friction dust pollution, and no friction heating, making it safer.

Standard structure formation:
The shell and chassis adopt a separate structure, with three legged support. The upper cover is a flat plate structure, which is fastened to the shell with bolts. The machine cover is equipped with feeding pipes, cleaning pipes, manholes, etc. The unloading is a hydraulic driven combination scraper.
Main materials:
The triangle, column base, chassis, axle seat, and drum bottom are all made of HT material. The drum wall, liquid blocking plate, outer shell, chassis, axle seat lining, shell cover lining, and rotary flange bottom lining are all made of stainless steel. Its surface has been polished.
Standard configuration:
PLC+frequency conversion control, energy consumption braking, material level detection (contact type), vertical ordinary (or explosion-proof) motor, ordinary transmission V-belt and safety cover (carbon steel), on-site operation box.
